Modern approaches to financial management are changing due to the adoption of public programs, reports on the results and main activities of the main managers of budgetary funds and medium-term financial planning. Reforming the budget process and public financial management is carried out within the framework of results-based budgeting. The purpose of budgeting for results is to increase the effectiveness of the state budget. All of this has identified the need for assessing the quality of public financial management.
