Natalia Vasilyevna Fadeikina is a well–known scientist in the field of public management of socio-economic development of territories, in the field of state, municipal and corporate finance, monetary circulation and credit, an expert in accounting and auditing, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Novosibirsk Region, Honored Scientist of the Novosibirsk Region, Professor of the Department of Public Finance of Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management.

Date of birth: November 01, 1950. Place of birth: Novosibirsk.

In 1973, she graduated from the Novosibirsk Electrotechnical Institute with a degree in Automated Processing of Economic Information.

In 1991, at the Leningrad Order of the Badge of Honor Engineering and Economics Institute named after P. Tolyatti, she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty 08.00.13 - "Economic and Mathematical methods", devoted to the modeling of financial activity.

In December 1996, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty 08.00.10 "Finance, money circulation and Credit" at the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance. Topic: "Methodological foundations for regulating the activities of non-state financial institutions".

From 1991 to 2013 – President of the audit firm "Economic Innovations". In 1992, she initiated the creation and became the founder of the audit firm "Financial Expertise".

In 1992 Natalia Vasilyevna became the founder and founder of the Siberian International Higher School of Banking (since 1996 – Siberian Institute of Finance and Banking (SIFBD), since 2007 – Siberian Academy of Finance and Banking (SAFBD)), in October 1993 she was elected rector of this university and worked as rector until September 2020.

In the period 2000 – 2002 – member of the Scientific and Expert Economic Council under the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District and the Regional Economic Council of the administration of the Novosibirsk region;

since 1998 – Chairman of the Board of Founders, and from 2005 to February 2010 – President of the NP "Novosibirsk Territorial Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors";

from 2005 to December 2009 – Member of the Presidential Council of the Institute of Professional Accountants of Russia (IPB of Russia), Chairman of the Committee on Budget Accounting of IPB of Russia;

From 2010 to 2020 – President of the International Institute of Certified Accountants and Financial Managers (NP MISBFM), initiator and head of financial literacy programs for schoolchildren in Novosibirsk and the Novosibirsk region;

from 2000 to 2013 . Natalia Vasilyevna was a member of the Public Council and the Program Committee on Strategic Issues of Sustainable Development of Novosibirsk;

from 2010 to 2015, N.V. Fadeikina was an Honorary Member, member of the Advisory Council, Representative in the Siberian Federal District of the International Public Organization "Guild of Financiers" (MGF);

from 2011 to 2015 – Member of the Presidium of the Expert Advisory Council on socio-economic development of the regions of the Siberian Federal District (under the Representation of the President of the Russian Federation), head of the expert group on public administration and finance;

Since 2014, N. V. Fadeikina has been a member of the Commission on Professional Qualifications in the field of banking of the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market (within the framework of the National Council for Professional Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation), and since 2016 – an expert on professional and public accreditation of educational programs of the Council for Professional Qualifications of the Financial Market.

From 2003 to 2007 N.V. Fadeikina – Chairman of the Dissertation Council of KM 521.021.01 at the SIFBD, from 2010 to 2014 – Chairman of the Dissertation Council of DM 521.021.01 at the Siberian Academy of Finance and Banking. Now he is a member of the Dissertation Council D 212.169.03 at the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management in the specialties 08.00.10 – Finance, money circulation and credit and 08.00.12 – Accounting, analysis and audit.
Under the guidance of Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor N.V. Fadeikina, 25 candidates for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences and 9 candidates for the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences defended their dissertations. She is the author and co–author of more than 500 scientific papers, including more than 60 monographs.
Since 1997, N.V. Fadeikina has been the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Siberian Financial School".
