Modern approach to a problem of steady investment is presented. The concept of steady investment and the concept reflecting inclusion of reasons about providing a sustainable development in process of adoption of investment decisions are considered. An opportunity and need of the accounting of ecological, social and administrative factors for all segments of an investment portfolio is discussed.
