Legal and financial aspects of providing municipal services are considered in the context of the national standards "Services to the Population" (GOST P 50646 – 2012) and "Services to the po-pulation. Quality indicators of services" (State standard specification P 52113–2014) taking into account a new Order of formation of the state (municipal) task and new requirements to definition of standard costs on rendering the state (municipal) services which fully become effective since January 1, 2016.
