The article deals with the concept of innovation potential, its structure. The greatest attention is paid to this part of the innovative capacity of the quality of staff. The components of the competitiveness of the staff, as a result of the study revealed that the competitiveness of the staff is reduced under the influence of his aging. These circumstances are the "inhibitory" factor in improving the innovative capacity. The study revealed that the management company must pay attention to the solution of human problems that will enhance the innovative potential.
