Strategic architecture is a mechanism for implementing the investment strategy based on the competence of the public administration. The structure and classification of elements of strategic architecture, formed on the basis of the strategic transformation of the existing architectonics are substantiated. Organizational and methodical mechanism of the investment strategy is proposed. The administrative regulations are highlighted as the key tools.
