Анализ локализации финансово-экономических эффектов, связанных с реализацией проектов в нефтегазовом секторе, выполнен на примере российско-китайского сотрудничества. Оно может развиваться в рамках различных подходов, которые оказывают важнейшее влияние на генерацию и распределение социально-экономических эффектов, связанных с добычей и использованием углеводородного сырья. Практическая значимость и актуальность исследования во многом определяются масштабностью уже реализуемых и предполагаемых к осуществлению совместных проектов. Необходим их анализ с позиций интересов широкого круга участников, включая нефтегазовые компании, государство, ресурсные и перерабатывающие регионы. Показано, что одним из ключевых факторов для реализации финансово-экономических эффектов является размещение объектов переработки нефтегазовых ресурсов.
