Rubric:
The system of the salary in the public medical institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic is described; the reasons of low compensation of doctors which result was a migration of workers of health care out of borders of the country and the shortage of experts in the republic, especially in regions speak. The solution is proposed on the basis of legalization of paid services in the state medical organizations.
