Rubric:
Characteristics and features of the international and geo-political factors and its influence on scientific and technological deve-lopment of the region are considered. Indicators for assessment of level of scientific and technological development of the region taking into account influence of the international and geopolitical factors are offered. The presented algorithm is approved on the example of the Orenburg region.
