Corporate culture of project type as a factor of increase in efficiency of the organization within implementation of the purposes of project management

Questions of structure, functions and methods of forming of corporate (organizational) culture are considered in the context of various models of management. Having internal dynamics, the corporate culture can be transformed under the influence of various managerial impacts, repeating a waterway of development of collective and the organization, but maybe itself to become object of changes. In the conditions of the organizations or management models of project type the corporate culture will be transformed to the mechanism promoting implementation of managerial innovations.

The special type of a corporate culture of project type can be created taking into account changes on macro- meso- or microlevel, mentioning a corporate culture as a phenomenon of the market relations peculiar to the macroregion and also as a phenomenon of specific collective or the organization. At the same time substantsionalny changes of a corporate culture of project type are connected with forming of special set of the structural elements allowing to achieve the maximum results within the specific project or a series of projects.
