Stability of the non-profit sector: a comparative analysis of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bulgaria

Results of the comparative analysis of stability of noncommercial sector for the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bulgaria are presented. Stages of formation of noncommercial sector in both countries are allocated, the general characteristic of its development is given. Results of the analysis testify that the noncommercial sector in the Russian Federation and Republic of Bulgaria is characte-rized as similarity in activities, an order of registration, and differences regarding a legislative regulation, specific structure, participation of the foreign capital in positioning of providing social ser-vices. The conclusion about bigger stability of noncommercial sector in Bulgaria in comparison with Russia is drawn.
