The study focuses on the features of public management in the health sector, implemented with regard to the principles of public administration. Management methods typical of corporate governance are proved to be relevant to the public sector. The problems of health care market are analyzed. The author proposes to use E Deming’s principles, as well as the concepts of Management by Objectives and Performance Management to ensure proper quality of management in the national health care system.
